<p>The <strong>bitter orange</strong> in the garden is in full bloom and I read more and more about <strong>orange blossom water</strong> in recipes posted for various blog events here on my blog. A good chance to try and produce some.<span id="more-1235"></span> I had a look around and got the impression that it is fairly easy to make. Well, we will see&#8230;</p>
<h3>Preparation time: 20 minutes</h3>
<h3>Waiting time: 14 days</h3>
<h3>easy recipe</h3>

<h4>Ingredients:</h4>
<ul>
<li>flowers of bitter orange</li>
<li>water</li>
</ul>
</div>
<h2>Preparation:</h2>
<p>Collect the flowers of the bitter orange. Wash them well.</p>
<p>Sterilize a jar in the oven. Boil a liter of water.</p>
<p>Crush the flowers in a mortar but leave some as they are.</p>
<p>Fill the jar with the orange blossoms and the water. Let it sit in a sunny place for approximately 2 weeks. Drain the water and fill it into a bottle to keep.</p>

<p>Having visited Turky and Spain, our travel through the mediterranean leads us this month to <strong>Lebanon</strong>. The <strong>Lebanon </strong>is known for its good <strong>food</strong>. Of course its <strong>cuisine</strong>, as well as the food found in Greece, got strongly influenced by the <strong>Ottoman empire</strong>. Typical dishes are <strong>hummus</strong> or<strong> falaffel</strong>, <strong>pulses</strong> are used as well as <strong>parsley</strong>, <strong>citrus</strong> or <strong>sesame</strong>. I can&#8217;t wait to see what your all will be posting.</p>
