Tagliatelle with lamb

A good way of using my leftovers from the lamb roast is making pasta. I love using Tagliatelle with roasted meat, especially when I have some delicious Jus to combine it with. A simple dish that’s full of taste.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

cooking time: 8 minutes

difficulty: easy


  • 250 gram Tagliatelle
  • 200 gram lamb roast
  • 150 ML Lamb Jus
  • small red onion
  • 2 Table Spoon chopped parsley
  • some olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Cook the pasta according to the instruction on the package.

Meanwhile: cut the lamb roast into thin stripes. Dice the onion and fry it in a large pan with some oil. When the onion has changed colour, add the lamb adn the Jus. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Drain the Tagliatelle and add to the meat. Mix well and let it sit for a while. Season if necessary. Drizzle some parsley over the pasta and serve.
