Sushi mediterranean style

Having read the blog posts of my German colleague Steph from “Kleinen Kuriositätenladen” about Sushi I felt inspired to experimen with Sushi. Having visited Asia a lot I have a big passion for Asian food. Still I wanted to give the Sushi a touch of Mediterranean feeling. Therefore I used smoked and pickled local fish such as pilchard, marinated anchovy and smoked herring that I found in the local market.
