Lentil and ham soup

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
easy recipe
Ingredients:
- 300 gram smoked ham or speck
- 150 gram lentils, cooked
- 2 carrots
- 1 red onion
- 1 potato
- 1 clove of garlic
- some cellerie
- a leek
- some instant soup
- a bay leaf
- some parsley
- salt and pepper
- some olive oil
Preparation:
cube the speck and the vegetables. cut the leek into stripes. Fry the speck or ham in a pot with some olive oil, add the carrots, potato, onion and cellerie. Fry well, then add thelentils, the leek, the garlic and parsley. After a minute or two add a liter of water and a spoon of instant vegetable stock. Add the bay leave and let it cook for 15 minutes.













A wonderful soup! Nice combination. Lentils and ham are so delicious…
