This simple dish can be prepared in just a few minutes. The fillet of chicken breast on peas is baked in 20 minutes. It can also be varied and the peas can be exchanged with leeks or cherry tomatoes.
Preparation time: 2 minutes
cooking time : 20 minutes
- 1 filet of chicken breast
- 100 gram of deep frozen peas
- 1 spring onion
- a sip of white wine
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
cut a large piece of foil. turn on the oven to 200 degrees centigrade.
Place the peas in the middle of the foil. Place the meat on top. Add the chopped spring onion.
Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
Add s sip of wine and water. close the foil well and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
