This time we have a nice little selection of french dishes participating the event. Please take some time and participate the voting. The winner received this months price, the cook book “Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Vol. 1″ by Julia Child. A “must have” cook book!

|The taste space is the first of our contestants. Janet, the author of the blog has prepared a vegetarian version of a classic french dish. She has left the beuf out and created Mushroom Bourguignon with Spaetzle. The dish is inspired by a recipe posted on the Smitten Kitchen.|
|A a typical French pâtisserie is presented to us by the sweet artichoke. Petits Choux à la crème is delightful Choux pastry filled with whipped cream. The pastry can be filled with various creams. A truly diverse desert.|
|The world famous french crepe is presented to us by ohtasteandsee. Prepared after the “Master Crêpe Recipe” from Julia Child. A good French crepe is always a treat. Thanks for sharing the recipe with us.|
Sangi's Food world is participating again! This time with a great french sweet the Profiterole. Again this sweet is made from Choux pastry, served with chocolate sauce ans cream filling. certainly a must for french food lovers.
