Roundup and voting – 10th Mediterranean cooking event – Slovenia

Here comes the roundup for the 10th Mediterranean cooking event. The topic was Slovenia, which was a difficult theme. Knowing that I appreciate even more the recipes that were handed in. Good for the participants that there is only little competition this time.

Here are the contestants:

	The first one to hand in a recipe was seelensturm. The recipe is a delicious Slovenian sweet called blejska kremšnita (Bled Cream Cake). It is a multy layer cake with puff pastry. It tastes amazing and is certainly woth a closer look!
	The second contestant is the torview blog. all the way form Canada we get a delicious and simple beef and barley soup.
