9th mediterranean cooking event – Tunisia8 comments Jun 10th, 2010 | By Tobias | Category: Blogevents
We have landed at the east end of the Maghreb – Tunisia. The country with its 10 Million inhabitants is not very big, but rich in history. The Berber, the Phoenician and the Romans have settled here already and now we do. Tunisia is an important producer of olive oil, but also dates and wine are produced here. As usual I am curious what you will come up with, what recipes you will present and share with us.
The 9th Mediterranean Cooking Event has started and the topic is:
Start date is the 10th of June 2010.
End date is the 10th of July 2010.
