3rd Mediterranean Cooking Event – Lebanon12 comments Dec 10th, 2009 | By Tobias | Category: Blogevents
Having visited Turky and Spain, our travel through the mediterranean leads us this month to Lebanon. The Lebanon is known for its good food. Of course its cuisine, as well as the food found in Greece, got strongly influenced by the Ottoman empire. Typical dishes are hummus or falaffel, pulses are used as well as parsley, citrus or sesame. I can’t wait to see what your all will be posting.
