Mediterranean cuisine for every day

15th Mediterranean Cooking Event – Israel

2 comments Dec 10th, 2010 | By | Category: Blogevents

We kind of go next door. Leaving Syria, going to Israel our next country to visit with the event.
It is a bit difficult to speak of “Israeli Cuisine” as jewish seddlers form all over the world brought food with them. This certainly makes it very interesting. The national dish is the Falaffel, an Arab dish, but also the “Bagel” comes from Yiddish language.

Start date is the 10th of December 2010.
End date is the 10th of January 2011.

This great cookbook waits for the winner!
