6 comments Aug 10th, 2010 | By Tobias | Category: BlogeventsWe are back to the Arabic world and the coast of north Africa.Egypt is our destination, a country with a very long history of cooking. Recipes were found here dating back 5000 years. Amongst then the oldest recipe for Mayonnaise which consists of olive oil and egg yolk. Also brewing beer has a very long tradition here.
